HOSTING THE TRAILER

Our kitchen is a 19-foot trailer — plan on roughly 45 feet of firm, level space with the tow vehicle. When you reserve, we'll walk through four quick questions:

THE DRIVEWAY — Can a 19-foot trailer reach and park at your spot — any tight turns, low branches, or soft ground?
PERMITS — Does your venue, municipality, or HOA require an event or vending permit? Securing it is the host's responsibility — we'll provide any documents needed.
PARKING PASSES — If your community or venue requires a vehicle pass, arranging it is the host's responsibility.
POWER — None needed — our trailer arrives fully self-powered, with onboard generator and climate control. If you'd prefer we run quieter, a standard hookup on site works beautifully too.
